HWLE Lawyers has advised Commonwealth Bank of Australia on new debt facilities provided by CBA to Sports Entertainment Group to support its NZ$130m acquisition of the New Zealand MediaWorks business.  

Craig Hutchison, the CEO of Sports Entertainment Group noted that the acquisition “transforms SEG into a truly scaled, trans-Tasman media group reaching more than 5 million listeners across Australia and New Zealand”.
